I am involved in the ministry of empowering and equipping Rwandan church leaders and musicians through theological education and discipleship. As a theological teacher, I am a part of a team of colleagues at New Creation Ministries in Kigali. Focusing on spiritual transformation and discipleship, we walk alongside Rwandan church leaders, empowering them through education, and equipping them to believe and live out all of God's truth. As an ethnodoxologist, I also partner with various ministries and churches across Kigali in developing programs to minister to musicians and worship leaders through worship arts discipleship. I also have the joy to serve at my local church in Kigali through leading musical worship. Lord-willing, these music ministry programs will empower and equip these leaders to lead the church well through music that is biblically faithful and culturally meaningful. I am also engaged in the ministry of missions-mobilization in the Rwandan church, through teaching and organizing workshops. The ministries that I am engaged in are most often at the intersection of these 3 categories: theology, musicology, and missions. My hope for these ministries is that God would use them β€œto equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-13).
