Outreach
The heartbeat of our church is to go out and meet the needs of people in our world and introduce them to Jesus through loving relationships.

Project 61
The Project’s focus is on the area of Del Paso Heights, a small community in Sacramento, as well as the downtown Sacramento area, with hopes to spread to the greater Sacramento area. Its goal is to serve and help the community, specifically those caught in addiction & prostitution, as well as those who are homeless, and anyone in need. We not only bring the message of the Lord, but love them like Jesus: feeding them, clothing them, and just spending time in relationship with them.Project 61 website: www.projectsixtyone.com

Del Norte Club
A new component of the ministry of Arcade Church, Del Norte offers a unique avenue through sports and fitness for Arcade to connect with our immediate neighborhood. There are lots of activities and programs involved. They include tennis, swimming and aquatics, individual weight training, group exercise, children’s programs and much, much more.

Women’s Missionary Fellowship
Meets on the first Thursday of every month in the Fellowship Hall from 9:00 -1:30PM. You are warmly invited to attend. The purpose of this fellowship is to perform service for our Global Partners. This is accomplished by sewing hospital bed sheets, bandages, surgical dressings for our hospital in Congo, creating special baby sleepers for Nigeria, new mom gift baskets, and many other projects. We pray regularly for our global partners and feature one as a guest speaker each month. For more information call Arlene Kern (916) 481-2844.

International Women’s luncheon
International Women’s luncheon meets on Sunday afternoon directly after church in the fellowship hall. This is a potluck even open to all women especially women with an international background. They gather to encourage one another and to broaden and affirm others who are from other countries. The meeting schedule varies according to the church calendar. Short Term Missions Teams
We have short term teams for junior high, high school, & college this year.
Plus, there are 2 teams for adults. The adult teams are:

    Syria- June 2008
    Ukraine- August 2008

Evangelism Training
We offer two training classes each year that will give you both the information and the confidence to tell the wonderful story of Jesus and his love for the world in a clear and uncanned manner. Trainees gain a love for people and a love to become fishers of men. We use Evangelism Explosion as our curriculum. You are invited to be a guest attendee any Tuesday evening from 6:15pm until 9:00pm. You will be included on a team and experience God at work first hand. Community Outreach
Arcade Church is an externally focused church. We stage several outreach events throughout the year. The most elaborate is what was formerly called the Block Party.
