Gather Group Labs are designed for those open to leading, co-leading, and/or hosting a Gather Group in the future. A Gather Group Lab is a limited-run, simulated Gather Group that:

* Provides a clear understanding of how Gather Groups relate to Arcade Church

* Provides hands-on practice in leading a Gather Group through its four-week rhythm (Up, In, Out, Rest)

* Provides a working knowledge of the best practices that guard against leader burnout
