As Sacramento continues to receive an influx of Afghan and Ukrainian refugees and immigrants, we know that many carry the burden of trauma created by war, conflict and persecution. How can we care well for our neighbors who are experiencing deep suffering of the heart?

In this Workshop you will learn about trauma, recognize the symptoms and practice processes which promote healing in others. Leaders, coaches, teachers, volunteers working with refugees, immigrants, international students, and anyone interested in learning how to support others are encouraged to attend.
