What Happens in a Gather Group Lab?
Gather Group Labs are designed for those open to leading, co-leading, and/or hosting a Gather Group in the future.
A Gather Group Lab is a limited-run, simulated Gather Group that:
Provides a clear understanding of how Gather Groups relate to Arcade Church.
Provides hands-on practice in leading a Gather Group through it’s four-week rhythm (Up, In, Out, Rest).
Provides a working knowledge of the best practices that guard against leader burnout.
In a Gather Group Lab, you and a cohort of others will learn group night dynamics together, and then debrief with questions and answers before the night’s over.
Our Spring 2025 Gather Group Lab Nights will be held the Wednesdays of:

April 30th
