Jim serves as the Western Region Manager for the Local Ministry department.  His team focuses on the Core Ministry strategy which utilizes catalytic events, small group studies and training in multiplying small groups and evangelism.  He currently manages a team of Ministry Representatives who carry out this plan with the Weekend to Remember® as one of the key strategic events.  He is also currently personally responsible for a number of Weekends to Remember®

Cheryl serves as a New Staff Evaluator.  Her role is to help couples who are considering joining FamilyLife as full time missionary staff.  She helps them make sure that their passions, skills and abilities would be best used helping to reach marriages and families full time.  Then walks them through the application process until they begin to raise support.
