Tom Norris

Outreach & Men’s Ministry Pastor

Tom oversees local outreach efforts in the community, provides care for the missionaries that Arcade partners with around the world, and works to create a men's discipleship movement in the church. He started attending Arcade in 1990, then became a missionary in inner city LA with his wife and two children. Tom began working at Arcade in 2023. He has an AA in Business Administration from Butte College, Bachelor of Science in Government from Sacramento State, and a Masters Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary in San Diego/Minneapolis.

His favorite verse is Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." Tom loves food! His current favorite restaurants are Zocalos for dinner and Bacon & Butter for breakfast. Tom loves watching baseball--especially the Dodgers, playing pickleball, bike riding, going to the movies, and reading a good book. Playing strategy games is a regular pastime in their household. Game night anyone? Their favorite place to vacation is Hawaii.
